COMMITMENT TO GDPR

Little Willows commitment to data protection and customer-centricity means we welcome the introduction of the GDPR. The new regulations will allow us to further tailor our messaging to new & existing customers to deliver the most relevant and timely content. We have carefully reviewed the requirements of the GDPR and will be implementing steps to ensure the way we collect, store and process personal data is compliant to the new regulations.

Little Willows take great care over customer contact details, gathered from those booking parties, drop-in sessions.

Mailing Lists

We ask permission from all bookings online, and from those not already on our database, booking in advance, either in person or over the phone.

This mailing permission can be changed and / or your details can be removed from our database, at any time, by request to info@little-willows.co.uk.

Once added, Little Willows retains customer contact and mailing preference information, so customers can avoid having to repeat the process each time they book, and to avoid duplicate records when customers add their own details during online booking.

Manage your cookies:

Cookies and similar technologies on our website allow us to track your browsing behaviour, links clicked, your device type, and to collect various data, including analytics, about how you use and interact with our website. This allows us to collect, analyse and improve the performance of our website.
